Location: Manitowoc, WI
Starting Pay: $19.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift premium
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00pm-10:00pm | Occasional overtime
Environment: Warehouse within a dynamic manufacturing setting

What You'll Do:



  • Pick, pull, and verify items for customer orders
  • Organize and store incoming products from vendors
  • Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space
  • Operate forklifts to move freight to loading areas
  • Manually load and unload trailers
  • Shuttle finished products from manufacturing to shipping
  • Scan and account for incoming freight
  • Support team goals while working independently when needed



What You Bring:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Willingness to learn BPCS system and understand bills of materials
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
