About You

You are a person who loves responsibility for driving operational excellence and aligning business processes with the organization's strategic goals within the Commercial Healthcare group. We need someone who has strong strategic thinking and analytical expertise in Revenue Cycle Management with proven leadership experience to deliver measurable results. In the role of Director of Strategic Commercial Healthcare Operations, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the VP of Strategic Operations and other executive leadership to implement high-impact initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term organizational growth.

About The Position



  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and align with long-term business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee change management efforts related to operational improvements and strategic projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments.
  • Additional duties as required.



Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is often required, with a Master's degree (such as an MBA) or relevant certifications (like PMP or Six Sigma) often preferred.
  • Proven experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or a related role is essential with a typical requirement of at least 5 years of progressive experience, often including leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving change.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, identify opportunities and risks, and align operational strategies with business goals.
  • Capability to identify and resolve complex operational issues.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Result-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A collaborative leader with the ability to build relationships internally as well as clients.
