This part-time position supports key data, web, and operational projects within the Department of Athletics and Recreation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Power BI to help develop and improve dashboards and reports that enhance departmental analysis and decision-making. The candidate will also manage updates to websites using Terminal Four, assist with front desk responsibilities, and provide support with game management and athletic operations as needed. A strong ability to work within a variety of software platforms for data input and management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support data analysis and operational efficiency.
• Use Terminal Four to update and maintain department websites for the fitness center, intramurals, recreation, and club sports.
• Accurately input and manage data across multiple software platforms used by the department.
• Provide recommendations to improve data reporting and visualization processes.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Support game management operations for home athletic contests, including set-up, execution, and break-down.
• Assist with game day preparations for concessions, including set-up and student worker training and coordination as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the athletic department.

• Proficiency in Power BI and experience creating or refining dashboards.
• Experience using Terminal Four or other web content management systems.
• Comfortable working across various software platforms for data entry and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $14.50-$16.00 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
