The Director, Client Design & Delivery, is a strategic leader responsible for architecting and executing technology-driven onboarding solutions for clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership to ensure seamless integration, automation, and reporting across onboarding workflows. Acting as the primary technology liaison during prospect engagements and implementation phases, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across technology, operations, and client service to align solutions with business objectives.

The role also oversees the development of customized data and reporting frameworks, leads tool selection and implementation-including platforms like Geneva, Investran, Alteryx, Power BI, Jira, and Snowflake-and builds a high-performing team to support growing onboarding demands. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will drive innovation in onboarding processes and ensures scalable, high-quality delivery.

The responsibilities for this position may include some or all of the following:

  • You design and implement technology architecture for client onboarding, including data integration, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.
  • You will serve as a client-facing technology lead during prospect discussions, onboarding planning, and delivery execution.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across technology, operations, and client service to align solutions with business needs.
  • You will develop and maintain customized reporting frameworks, data stores, and quality control mechanisms.
  • You will lead or contribute to the selection and implementation of tools such as Geneva, Investran, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI), Jira, and Snowflake.
  • You will build and lead a high-performing team to support growing onboarding demands.
  • You will drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes and technology delivery.

Administrative Oversight and Technical Consulting:

  • Provide guidance to operations teams on review and interpretation of fund structures, fee calculations, etc. to ensure adherence to fund documents and industry norms.
  • Provide guidance on the implementation, configuration and design of products and services on the SEI IMS platform
  • Provide guidance on the adherence to industry norms, rules and regulations

Departmental Leadership:

  • Create, communicate, monitor and reinforce departmental vision, goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of service capabilities for the traditional and middle office product offering in pace with industry demands
  • Actively participate in the unit's senior management meetings and initiatives
  • Develop and provide training programs to solutions conversion teams and accounting teams where required
  • Set and enforce departmental policies

What we need from you:

  • BS/BA degree in business, finance or related field, or the equivalent in education and work experience
  • 15 years of industry experience, 10 years of management experience preferred
  • 10 years of experience with private markets strategies, vehicles, and investor servicing workflows
  • Experience in directing teams to deliver on business objectives
  • Excellent communication skills (Strong written and oral communication skills)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and delegation skills
  • Successful track record of strategy development / execution
  • Team oriented, organized, proactive, self-directed, and conscientious
  • Assumes accountability and responsibility for specific performance and work product

Location and Travel:

This position is located in Oaks, PA and follows a hybrid work week with Tuesday -Thursday in the office. Occasional client-related travel may be required.
