The Director, Client Design & Delivery, is a strategic leader responsible for architecting and executing technology-driven onboarding solutions for clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership to ensure seamless integration, automation, and reporting across onboarding workflows. Acting as the primary technology liaison during prospect engagements and implementation phases, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across technology, operations, and client service to align solutions with business objectives. The role also oversees the development of customized data and reporting frameworks, leads tool selection and implementation-including platforms like Geneva, Investran, Alteryx, Power BI, Jira, and Snowflake-and builds a high-performing team to support growing onboarding demands. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will drive innovation in onboarding processes and ensures scalable, high-quality delivery. Location and Travel: This position is located in Oaks, PA and follows a hybrid work week with Tuesday -Thursday in the office. Occasional client-related travel may be required.
