*A Global Sporting Goods Brand is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across North America. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll execution, tax compliance, and seamless collaboration with internal teams. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada. * Oversee payroll tax compliance, including filing, payments, and jurisdictional setup. * Lead biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities (W-2s, W-2Cs, T4s, RL-1s). * Collaborate with Corporate Tax and Accounting on payroll tax matters and month-end close. * Maintain compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local wage and tax laws. * Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve complex issues with a customer-first approach. * Manage tax account setup and maintenance via ADP Smart Compliance. * Support journal entries, salary accruals, and financial reconciliations. * Prepare reports for internal management and external audits. * Maintain and update payroll policies, procedures, and documentation. *Skills and Qualifications: * * Effectively communicate both verbally and electronically with various levels of internal and external partners * Excellent Customer Service Skills to support our employee base located remotely throughout North America * Ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll issues including driving successful resolution *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
