   | Position Summary: | Provide support in managing all aspects of the Residence Life program, with particular focus on the Beren residence halls. The appropriate candidate will work with the Directors of Housing, Resident Advisors, and other University offices as well as interface with undergraduate and graduate students.

   | Position Responsibilities: | 
 
     
 Manage all aspects of the Beren Housing programUtilize StarRez to publish the Housing Application for each term as applicable, create new assignments, assess billing for students in housing, process room changes and cancellations, and other day to day tasksProvide computer programming support of Beren Residence Life (including applications, check in, key and room assignments)Meet with graduate and undergraduate students about concerns, room changesParticipate the interview and selection process for Resident Advisors (RAs) on both Wilf and Beren campusesHelp plan and support execution of Housing events and programsHelp plan and facilitate move in on all campusesAdvise and guide Resident Advisors on handling student situationsWork with Facilities Management, Plant Operations, and Housekeeping to follow up on relevant issues impacting residence lifeManage the residence life office including communications and emailsOther duties as assigned
