Overview

The District Facilities Manager will manage maintenance vendors in assigned branch.

Responsibilities

    Contract management and vendor management per Renasant Bank Corporate Policies
  • Manage projects that require the use of the Renasant Bank Corporate Bidding Policy
  • Manage general maintenance and repair work vendors, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs on bank building, bank equipment, electrical fixtures, sinks, water fountains etc.
  • Manage general maintenance, such as janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste removal, cleaning carpets and furniture, replacing light bulbs, furniture set ups for meetings, painting and repairs on office equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and work within a budget
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Construction Management required
  • Minimum of 3 years job-related experience
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of general maintenance and small construction duties effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good knowledge of the proper use of commonly used communication tools, i.e. email and texting
  • The ability to create spreadsheets and schedules for small construction projects, along with a basic understanding of construction management software
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English and perform simple arithmetic calculations
  • Must have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in property visits and project meetings
