The Opportunity

We are seeking outstanding talent to join our team of Sourcing Partners. This role will play a pivotal part in securing top talent specifically aligned to the areas of Quota-bearing sales and GTM roles.

Our Collaborators work centrally, using skill-focused strategies for various teams. Each partner proactively engages with prospects, guided by business needs and data. They gather market intelligence to guide critical search and advise on hiring strategies.

What you will do:
  • Build and implement skill-focused sourcing strategies: Craft innovative sourcing strategies backed by data, business trends, and market intelligence.
  • Cultivate Talent Networks: Cultivate high-impact sales talent networks informed by historical hiring trends and aligned with future go-to-market priorities.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing impactful insights and influencing leaders with your expertise.
  • Build lasting connections: Develop an "always be hiring" approach to establishing relationships with top talent, encouraging engagement, and encouraging long-term connections.
  • Lead with data & market insights: Influence hiring strategies through skillset-focused market research, advising on talent availability and market demand.
  • Contribute to a winning team: Share your passion for excellence, collaborate optimally, and go above and beyond to find the best solutions.
What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology/ digital company or with search firm experience.
  • Well-networked in Revenue Generating roles: Track record of engagement with quota bearing sales and GTM roles with deep understand of their specific expertise.
  • Collaborative & strategic: Work seamlessly with Talent Partners and Hiring Leaders, offering constructive suggestions and pushing boundaries when needed.
  • Data-Driven research approach: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze data with acuity, and articulate findings clearly. Proven experience in sharing talent analysis leading to action in the search strategy.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $107,600 -- $197,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
