ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Partner across functions to understand impacts and levers on performance and develop measurement approaches and frameworks to improve business results. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights that inform decision making to optimize marketing, merchandising, and business planning decision-making. Identify trends and practices that are impactful and share with internal stakeholders and business partners to drive actions. Refine complex information and data into compelling insights and recommend actions to advance our direct business. Deliver insights into our rhythm of business. Identify analytics and data science priorities and partner with our data and analytics team as needed on scoping and delivery. Review and influence revenue and web metric forecasts and budgets and inform explanation of variance to forecasts or budgets for regional segments or lines of business. Identify areas of efficiency in delivering our rhythm of business, by rethinking process and leveraging recent technologies such as AI and automation. Embody ourcultureandvalues
