Description
As a Clinical Dietitian, you'll provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with complex medical needs in a large, fast-paced academic healthcare setting. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments, developing individualized care plans, performing Nutrition-Focused Physical Exams (NFPE), and documenting in the electronic health record. Your role will include diagnosing malnutrition, managing therapeutic diets, providing patient education, and implementing enteral and parenteral nutrition interventions. You'll work with patients across all age groups, including NICU, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric populations, and will also support the NPH. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, medical staff, ancillary providers, and food service personnel. You'll also supervise the unit's Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR), and contribute to department meetings and performance improvement activities. Salary Range: $80,325-105,882/year Qualifications
