Think's open culture empowers employees to provide the best financial care to customers every single day. Our professional compensation plan is focused on quality of business outcomes and helping customers achieve peace of mind. We are not focused on quantity, as compensation is not directly related to the number of accounts opened or volume produced. We're focused on delivering on the promise of being a great place to work, and one of the ways we accomplish this is by creating an environment where all employees feel they can achieve their goals. We value our differences - in thought, style, culture, ethnicity, and experience - and understand that diversity and inclusion are good for business and make our company stronger. |
