As a Project Manager at Mouser, you'll be at the forefront of driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure every project is delivered with precision - on time, within scope, and aligned with Mouser's strategic vision. Your ability to connect the dots and keep momentum strong will help turn ideas into outcomes that move the business forward. What You'll Be Doing* Shape project direction by establishing clear objectives, building detailed plans and timelines, and coordinating key deliverables and milestones to ensure successful execution. * Assign tasks, clarify responsibilities, and facilitate effective communication across teams. * Proactively resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain momentum. * Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. * Monitor project performance against milestones using tools such as Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability. * Ensure the integrity and reliability of project data by maintaining accurate, high-quality, and consistent information throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide regular updates to stakeholders, proactively escalating risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and informed decision-making. * Lead post-project evaluations and celebrate team achievements. * Apply insights from lessons learned to continuously improve project execution and refine processes, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness in future initiatives.
