What You'll Do:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment, from setting search strategies to onboarding new hires
  • Source and screen top talent through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking, and more
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to ensure a great fit within our Essential culture
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and directors to identify and recruit top candidates
  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment and retention plans aligned with our facility's strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 1-3 Years of Experience Preferred
