What this job involves: The Workplace Experience Professional plays an essential role within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team, providing cross-functional support across key service areas including Asset & Inventory Management, Soft Services, vendor compliance, and work order performance. Acting as a key liaison, this role engages directly with client stakeholders to triage, escalate, and resolve concerns regarding service quality and delivery.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Collaborate with the Asset & Inventory Supervisor to generate inventory and warehouse reports, create knowledge-based content for system users, and support enhancements to maintenance and workspace management systems.
  • Facilitate weekly move activities and project-based moves, coordinating with third-party service providers.
  • Develop an understanding of relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and help the team meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve high marks on periodic Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve vendor invoicing issues and work order non-conformance, ensuring alignment with service and financial performance targets.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members to promote a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
  • Serve as backup support for the Asset & Inventory Management Lead during scheduled time off (PTO).
  • Conduct aesthetic inspections throughout the facility to help maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality, or property management.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with experience in hospitality or workplace services preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable using a variety of systems and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
