This position will by a hybrid role requiring approximately 50% of the time in the Southeast Michigan market doing sales related activities and 1-2 days in person at the HAP building in Troy, MI. GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the growth of Large Group Commercial sales business. Support membership growth through the development and maintenance of consultant relationships, promotion of the HAP value proposition and coordination with HAP SAE personnel for new sales (group) both internally and externally. Coordinate the development and implementation of specific sales and growth strategies including business development, client services, underwriting and marketing support. Primary responsibility is to collaborate with the HAP SAE and Large Group Growth leadership team along with external agents to improve sales activity and enroll more employer groups in the large group markets throughout Michigan.
