Provo Canyon School, with locations in Springville and Provo UT, is a 24/7 secure behavioral health treatment center for adolescents aged 13 through 17. We coach, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Full Time: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Non-Exempt hourly w/full benefits package

Salary Scale: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour dependent on education and work experience

Locations: Must be able to work from either Provo or Springville locations, as needed

Your position objectives include:

• Assist the Human Resource Director with all projects and assignments as needed
• Prepare and coordinate with new hires to complete required paperwork and file all paperwork in appropriate files
• Assist in the maintenance of all personnel files for current and terminated employees
• Prepare 90-day and initial competency evaluations and coordinate the necessary documentation with each department head
• Verify all professional licenses, and maintain a licensure tracking system
• Coordinate new hire orientation including classroom setup, instructor schedules, documentation, media

Your Qualifications will include:

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in HR preferred)
• HR Certification preferred; experience with HR Information Systems preferred
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age or older
• Conflict resolution skills, resiliency and patience
• Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
