We're seeking an expert-level Sr. Mortgage Closer to join our dynamic Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). In this high-impact role, you'll ensure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed-without having to speak directly with borrowers. If you love complex problem-solving, working across departments, and streamlining processes in a fast-paced mortgage environment, this opportunity is made for you. What You'll Do: * Validate complex mortgage data and closing documentation * Complete appraisal eligibility tasks and ensure loan files meet all product guidelines * Interact with multiple teams to expedite processing and resolve issues * Manage high-volume communications (email/chat) with professionalism and precision * Use Encompass and other systems to keep everything moving toward a timely close * Represent our culture of excellence and accountability in every interaction What You Bring: * Expert-level * experience in mortgage closing * Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan products * Hands-on experience with Encompass and other LOS tools * Prior titles such as Sr. Closer, Lead Closer, or Mortgage Closing Manager * Ability to handle complex scenarios with accuracy and urgency * Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills Close with confidence. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
