This position requires a detail-oriented individual with clinical experience and understanding of dialysis workflow in the clinics. As well as the ability to ask the right questions, create partnerships with IT, and communicate, define and ensure appropriate implementation of the clinical business needs to a technical audience. They must have the ability to contribute to multiple concurrent projects, ramp up fast and support an ever-changing environment. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, lifting, and use full range of body motions. Active listening skills with the ability to interact by phone clearly and efficiently. Ability to use computer and all peripherals for extended periods of time. WORK ENVIRONMENT Level III - Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic) No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids or other hazardous conditions.
