Staffmark is hiring a Lead Maintenance Mechanic for a pallet manufacturing company in Richmond, IL! If you're an experienced, hands-on worker who enjoys leading by example and working in a physically active environment, this could be your next great opportunity.

Pay: $62,400 - $72,800 annually (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Includes a 30-minute lunch and one 15-minute break

Responsibilities:



  • Operate pallet manufacturing equipment alongside a small team
  • Handle lumber and perform manual labor throughout the day
  • Load and unload materials from delivery trucks
  • Complete light handyman tasks and general facility maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment



Qualifications:



  • Comfortable performing physical labor in both indoor and outdoor settings, regardless of weather
  • Experience with power tools and machinery preferred (training provided)
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
