Pay: $18/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Conduct pre-lift inspections and perform basic crane maintenance
  • Operate crane controls with accuracy and a strong focus on safety
  • Coordinate with ground crews using hand signals or two-way radios
  • Safely maneuver loads and ensure proper rigging and balance
  • Keep basic operational records and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues



What You Need:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid crane certification (NCCCO or OSHA required)
  • CDL is a plus
  • At least 2 years of crane or rigging experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
