Organizational Change Management Analyst

We are currently in search for an Organizational Change Management Analyst to support a year+ project within the public sector. The Organizational Change Management Analyst, also known as Readiness Liaison, play a key role in preparing public service agencies for the rollout of a new statewide financial solution. Each Liaison is assigned to one or more agency groups and ensures smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and business practices. They offer a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 4 days per month in the Boston office. 37.5 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary readiness point of contact for assigned agencies, promoting understanding and adoption of the new financial solution.
  • Assess agency readiness using checklists, readiness interviews, and change assessments.
  • Guide agencies through process changes, policy updates, and technical requirements including user provisioning, system access, and data/reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, data queries, security roles, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop and maintain agency-specific readiness plans and communicate updates, risks, and challenges effectively.
  • Lead change management efforts through meetings, workshops, and training support.
  • Build trusted relationships and work closely with agency champions to ensure successful change adoption.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience supporting large-scale change management efforts.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with business process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and using tools like Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to agencies across the state as needed.


Preferred Knowledge:



  • Familiarity with public sector financial processes (e.g., grants management, procurement, GAAP reporting).
  • Experience in organizational readiness for large ERP or financial systems.
