We are currently in search for an Organizational Change Management Analyst to support a year+ project within the public sector. The Organizational Change Management Analyst, also known as Readiness Liaison, play a key role in preparing public service agencies for the rollout of a new statewide financial solution. Each Liaison is assigned to one or more agency groups and ensures smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and business practices. They offer a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 4 days per month in the Boston office. 37.5 hours/week. Key Responsibilities:
