Pay: $21 - $26 per hour

Hours: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

While working as a Property Case Manager, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:



  • Providing assessments and case management support through coaching, education, referrals, and financial assistance
  • Advocating on behalf of clients with landlords and housing partners to secure and maintain stable housing
  • Collaborating with service providers to ensure participants receive wrap-around, person-centered support
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including case notes and required records
  • Assisting in lobby support, intake communications, and volunteer coordination
  • Representing the organization at outreach events and within community collaborative groups
  • Lifting 15-20 lbs. occasionally and standing for extended periods
  • Occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed

Once hired by the client:

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you must reside in Minnesota and have at least 2 years of experience in housing care management. A bachelor's or associate degree in human services is required. Ideal candidates have experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations, including those with behavioral or mental health needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems, strong communication and time management skills, and a compassionate, proactive mindset are essential.
