Staffmark is hiring a Property Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established resort team! If you're a skilled, hands-on maintenance professional ready to advance your career in a dynamic, service-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | Days off: Wednesday and Thursday

What You'll Do:



  • Perform general property maintenance including patching walls, painting touch-ups, and setting fixtures
  • Handle basic electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans
  • Lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the property stays in top condition



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property or resort maintenance
  • Knowledge of light electrical work, painting, and general repairs
  • Ability to manage time well and work independently
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
