Job Title: Organizational Change Manager (Digital Focus) Job Description: The Role: This role can be based out of the following locations on a hybrid model with 3 days a week onsite: Bedford, MA; Aurora, IL; Chaska, MN; Colorado Springs, CO. Entegris is seeking a Change Manager for our Digital Transformation Hub team in either our Billerica, Chaska or Aurora, IL locations. The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of strategic programs with a focus on the people side of Digital Transformation. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for projects. The role requires a strong background in change management, with excellent communication and coaching skills. As a Change Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving meaningful change across our organization, empowering teams to embrace innovation and new ways of working. What You'll Do: Work closely with business teams to perform stakeholder analysis and understand change impacts. Develop change management plans to address stakeholder concerns and drive adoption of digital projects. Outline communication and engagement plans that support stakeholders through change. Coach and lead project teams through Entegris' change management methodology to ensure the highest level of impact and adoption. Identify and engage change champions to accelerate change adoption. Support project teams with the creation of impactful communication artifacts. In collaboration with project business leaders, assess change readiness to support go/no-go decisions. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change. Help project teams to identify and manage potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies. May include some travel for project-related workshops and collaboration, <10%. What We Seek: Proven experience in change management 5+ years of experience in Change Manager or equivalent role Bachelor's degree in Organization Development or related field. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Change Management practitioner certification; Prosci or other Experience leading change efforts in Digital Transformation WHAT WE OFFER: Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck.
