Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and work as part of a supportive team? Staffmark is hiring a Peeler for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Osceola, AR. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values precision, and is comfortable on their feet throughout the day.

Pay: $16.85/hour

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (specific days to be discussed)

Responsibilities:



  • Remove protective film (similar to scotch tape) from large acrylic sheets
  • Use wooden dowels to roll and peel film with a partner
  • Flip, position, and prepare sheets for further processing
  • Perform repetitive tasks that involve bending, reaching, and lifting
  • Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment



Requirements:



  • Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously for 12-hour shifts
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Must have a full range of physical motion
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
