As a Die Cast Process Technician II, you'll build on your Level I knowledge to:

• 
  

  Troubleshoot and repair advanced die cast equipment

  
  
• 
  

  Reset faults on machines and robots

  
  
• 
  

  Perform complex changeovers (ring/shot tip, tip/rod, trim die, etc.)

  
  
• 
  

  Execute PMs and properly log in ERP system

  
  
• 
  

  Adjust ladle, reciprocator, and trim press setups

  
  
• 
  

  Apply GD&T knowledge to verify product accuracy

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure conformance to part specifications and process control documents

  
  
• 
  

  Support a safety-first, team-oriented work culture

  
  

• 
  

  Education: High School diploma required; trade school or equivalent training preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training/education

  
  
• 
  

  Strong technical skills, including:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Ability to interpret technical diagrams, measurements, and tooling setup

    
    
  • 
    

    Working knowledge of metrology, gauges, and safety protocols

    
    
  • 
    

    LOTO certification and equipment handling certifications (Hi-Lo, hoist, etc.)

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab

  
  
• 
  

  Advanced math and reasoning skills: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistical analysis

  
  

• 
  

  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
