Position Description:

In the role of Finacial Analyst Sr, you will perform complex financial and business-related analysis, data manipulation and forecast preparation. Apply results of analysis to produce recommendations for management and department leadership. Collaborate with end users within and outside of Finance to understand their business needs as well as fully leverage the software capabilities. Analyze and test the software functionality and ensure the accuracy of data reporting and analysis.

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence at our Milwaukee campus required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain financial models and reports.
  • Approve accounts payable (AP) purchasing and reimbursements.
  • Conduct financial analysis using multiple complex financial reports to provide detailed financial interpretation, variance reporting, actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders and market-based insights.
  • Develop financial forecasts by analyzing historical and current data to estimate future revenues, expenditures and assess the impact of strategic decisions and return on investment (ROI).
  • Perform full-time equivalent (FTE) analysis and ensure accurate workforce allocation.
  • Serves as the functional expert for the budgeting and financial reporting for assigned departments and/or cost centers.
  • Identify and propose solutions to inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.
  • Participates in training and mentoring junior analyst and other staff on best financial practices
  • Calculate and process miscellaneous payments that do not follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare annual budgets for assigned cost centers, including revenue and expense projections, FTE allocation and support, and clinic/physician productivity measurements.
  • Completes other projects, reports and analysis, as assigned.

Preferred Schedule:




Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Required Experience: 7 years
