What We're Looking For:

As Meltwater continues to scale its AI-powered media, social, and consumer intelligence platform, we're looking for a Head of Product Operations to be the operational force behind our global product organization.

This role will drive the structure, cadence, and clarity needed for product teams to operate efficiently and deliver business impact. From leading our quarterly product planning process to owning product OKRs and KPIs, you'll partner closely with the CPO, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we're aligned, accountable, and executing with discipline.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and continuously improve the operational foundation of a high-impact, AI-led product team shaping the future of media intelligence.

What You'll Do:

Product Planning & Execution Rhythm

  • Lead the end-to-end quarterly product planning process (strategy reviews, whiteboard weeks, commit sessions, KPI reviews).

  • Create and manage templates, timelines, and documentation for planning and execution.

  • Ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.

OKR & KPI Management

  • Drive the process to define, track, and report on product organization OKRs and KPIs.

  • Support product teams with structured check-ins and reporting cycles.

  • Ensure product metrics align with company objectives.

Tools & Systems

  • Own and optimize product org tooling (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Airtable, Confluence).

  • Standardize roadmapping, backlog management, and team reporting practices.

  • Collaborate with Engineering Ops and BizOps for tool integration and consistency.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as a key partner between product and GTM, Finance, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design.

  • Support deliverables for executive updates, board meetings, and strategic planning.

  • Facilitate cross-team alignment on timelines, metrics, and objectives.

Org Development & Enablement

  • Improve onboarding and knowledge sharing across the product organization.

  • Build clarity and consistency in how the product team operates and communicates.

  • Champion continuous improvement across team operations and workflows.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in product operations, program management, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech company.

  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, dual-track).

  • Proven experience leading OKR and KPI processes across teams.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across multiple geographies or business units.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML product lifecycles.

  • Experience preparing content for executive and board-level review.

  • Base Salary of $148,750 - $175,000 USD per year + discretionary annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan.
    Total compensation range for this position: $175,000 - $210,000 USD per year.
