*Description*
Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule travel arrangements. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence. Serve as a liaison between the legal department and internal/external stakeholders. Track and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and execution. Assist with board and committee meeting preparation, including agendas and minutes. Legal & Compliance Support: Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports. Maintain legal files, databases, and document management systems. Conduct basic legal research and compile findings for attorney review. Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking deadlines and renewals. Assist with regulatory filings, compliance audits, and policy documentation. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certification preferred. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years in a legal support role. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems. Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. #eastpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.00/hr.
