HR Systems Analyst - Workday

This job is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems. The scope of this job includes working across multiple modules to support the design, configuration, and administration of WellSky's teammate-centric HR systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing configuration, maintenance, and operational support for assigned Workday modules.
  • Gather requirements from leadership and HR process owners to optimize system and business process functionality, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data and system issues of intermediate complexity.
  • Prepare ad hoc and custom Workday reporting.
  • Execute routine testing, auditing, and quality assurance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and research possible solutions to drive improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and usability.
  • Provide day-to-day teammate support to troubleshoot or resolve issues, and create appropriate training materials and user guides.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2-4 years of Workday HR system experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday modules including Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and related areas.
  • Expertise in Workday system configuration and custom reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive in a dynamic environment.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
