Location Site: Salem Hospital, 890 Oak Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97301 Your role with us In the Trauma Care Unit, you'll make a meaningful impact by caring for patients in a 30-bed unit with telemetry-capable private rooms, including 15 with ICU capability. As part of a Level 2 trauma hospital, you'll focus on trauma and vascular care, supporting patients with injuries from accidents and violent incidents, as well as those with complex medical conditions like cardiac, respiratory, and metabolic disorders. Most patients are admitted from the ED or transferred from the ICU, giving you the opportunity to apply and expand a wide range of clinical skills. You'll join a collaborative team known for strong teamwork and adaptability, with the ability to care for all levels of acuity-including intensive care when needed. What you'll do
