What You'll Do:

As a Sales Concierge Representative, you'll contact existing Vivint customers to:

  • Offer proactive equipment upgrades and service enhancements

  • Identify customer needs and present tailored smart home solutions

  • Build value and trust in every interaction-no cold calls, only warm leads

  • Work toward individual and team sales goals in a high-energy, collaborative environment

Who We're Looking For:
  • At least 18 years old

  • Able to work full-time onsite at our Lindon, UT location

  • Comfortable using scripts, software, and sales tools

  • Strong communication skills and customer focus

  • Sales experience is a plus but not required-we'll train you!

  • Able to commit to at least 6 months of employment

  • Able to pass a background check and obtain a Utah Burglar Alarm License
