Job Title: Workplace Accommodation Specialist

Location(s):Atlanta, GA

• The Specialist will operate within the accommodation policies and processes that meet employees' needs and complies with federal and state laws and regulations.
• The Specialist will manage medical and religious accommodation requests, including gathering documentation and reviewing and evaluating requests, communicating with the employee and operational and HR leaders.
• Recommending accommodations.
• Drafting correspondence.
• Tracking results.
• Recommending process improvements.
• Responsibilities may also include assistance in evaluating alternate positions within company and providing job seeking skills training, including resume development and interviewing skills.

• Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles.
• Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, human resources management, or in a related field of study.

• 2 years of experience in evaluating accommodation options, HR functions, or talent acquisition.
• Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills.
• Must have the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
• Should be able to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure with complex issues within established time constraints, meet deadlines and objectives.

• Experience evaluating medical accommodation requests.
• Documentation of communication; Work Independently.
