Description
We are seeking qualified applicants for an IT Support Analyst Tier 1 position in the Twin Cities area. The Tier 1 Analyst offers first point of contact with end user support at a very broad level. This position is a hybrid role with split between in-office and work from home days. Some site travel in the Metro and greater Minnesota area is required. Existing ticket management, network configuration, desktop and laptop hardware backgrounds preferred. Candidates should have strong organizational skillsets for building workflows around high priority requests and updating existing support ticket timelines with end users. The IT Support team offers 3 Tiers and we offer on-the-job training, paid certification and a clear path to promotion. Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must be cleared by a Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) background study and have a drivers' license; a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) is required. Bachelors of Information Technology (preferred)
Associates of Information Technology (preferred) Experience
2 years: IT Support, Desktop Technician Support or similar preferred. (preferred)
