Position Summary |
Integrative Medical Group Visit Co-Facilitator
This person will have a lived experience of chronic pain and will have participated in a previous Integrative Medical Group Visit. They need to have a desire to connect with and support people with chronic pain.
The position involves co-facilitating an Integrative Medical Group Visit via Zoom for people with chronic pain. The group visit occurs weekly for 2 hours. There is also a hour planning meeting weekly. This position is hybrid with 90% virtual and 10% in person. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
Lived experience with chronic pain. Former participation in an Integrative Medical Group Visit. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
Experience with co-facilitating medical group. |

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy.
