Your creativity and storytelling skills will help us attract and engage top talent by producing compelling content that resonates with our audience across various platforms. What You'll Do
Content Creation - Develop and produce high-quality written and visual content that highlights our employer brand, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and employee testimonials. Social Media Management - Curate and manage content for our social media channels, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc., ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with our followers. Campaign Development - Collaborate with members of the Talent Brand team to create and execute talent brand campaigns that highlight our workplace culture and employee experiences. Employee Spotlight - Feature employee stories and achievements to showcase the diverse talent within our organization, making their experiences come to life through engaging content. Analytics and Optimization - Use data analytics to measure content performance and continually optimize strategies for better engagement and reach. Event Coverage - Provide live coverage of company events, career fairs, and community outreach programs, sharing real-time updates and stories to engage our external audience.
Skills You Have
Content Creation - Proficiency in creating compelling content across various formats including written articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts. Storytelling - Strong storytelling abilities to highlight our company culture and employee experiences in an engaging and authentic manner. Social Media Proficiency - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content strategy, posting schedules, and engagement tactics. Design Skills - Basic graphic design abilities using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Data Analysis - Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

Additional Qualifications We'd Love
Experience in Talent Branding - Previous experience in a talent branding or employer branding role. HR Knowledge - Understanding of human resources and recruitment processes. Project Management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Photography Skills - Ability to take high-quality photographs that capture the essence of our workplace and events. Technical Knowledge - Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SeenIt, Canva, and the ability to edit content in social native platforms. Video Production - Experience with video shooting, editing, and production is a plus.

Pay Range - End: $129,480.00
