A Day in the Life of a Cash Disbursements Clerk at Hanson

Here's a snapshot of what you would do in this role:

• Part-time position - 30 hours per week, ideally 5 days a week, 6 hours a day.
• Process accounts payable checks and employee expense reimbursements.
• Process subconsultant vendor invoices into the electronic approval system.
• Complete various registration forms for clients and vendors.
• Assist with the management of project contracts.
• Perform various other bookkeeping, clerical, and department tasks as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop and present concepts.
• Must be able to build effective relationships with internal and external client bases.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Must be able to collaborate remotely with colleagues in other offices.

Education/Experience:

• Position requires a high school education with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

This is a non-exempt position. The pay range is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
