Visual Media Producer

Position Summary:

Hillpointe is seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Media Producer to join our growing Marketing Team. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing compelling photo and video content that showcases Hillpointe's corporate brand, Pointe Grand Apartment Communities, Pointe Villas Townhomes, and other affiliated properties, projects, and subsidiaries. From on-site shoots to polished post-production, this position plays a key role in telling the Hillpointe story across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary videographer and photographer across Hillpointe brands, including corporate headquarters, multifamily properties, and real estate development projects.
  • Plan, capture, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and promotional use.
  • Direct all aspects of video production including camera operation, lighting, audio, staging, and subject coordination.
  • Edit footage using industry-standard software to create polished, brand-aligned videos and visual content.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all media with adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Travel as needed to communities and job sites to conduct content capture (estimated 40-60% travel).
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life through visual storytelling.
  • Utilize Monday.com for project tracking, timelines, and deliverables.


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in video production, videography, and editing
  • Proficient with professional camera equipment, drones, gimbals, audio recording gear, and lighting setups
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience in Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
  • Ability to manage multiple shoots, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling to various properties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content
  • Photography experience (interiors, lifestyle, drone, event)
  • Familiarity with Monday.comor other project management platforms
  • Basic motion graphics skills
