Business Analyst Position Description: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in serving as the operational and reporting backbone for our Property Revenue Optimization Partnership (PROP) meetings and other cross-functional initiatives. This individual will work at the intersection of Asset Management, Property Management, Revenue, and Marketing, supporting data-driven decision-making, meeting facilitation, and ad hoc analysis. You will also act as a key resource to the Property Management team, responding to real-time operational questions with clear, accurate reporting and insights. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves with SQL, Power BI and Excel, but also thrives in cross-functional environments where process, communication, and structure matter. The ideal candidate will have progressive work experience working with financial and operational datasets, a strong understanding of BI tools (specifically PowerBI), and a track record of successful project management. They will be adept at creating clear and concise reporting solutions, be a fastidious note taker, task-oriented and able to compile information into concise communications for team members.
