Your Impact
As a Compliance Specialist assigned to Healthcare, you will work closely with the private healthcare client service teams to ensure that our work adheres to regulatory requirements.
You will support strategic and operational initiatives to monitor the lifecycle of engagements. To accomplish this, you will review project plans, interim client materials and communication, and final client deliverables to ensure that recommendations or advice are in line with federal laws and regulations. You will also monitor compliance with contractual terms, guardrails, documentation retention requirements and any remediation plans. As part of this role, you will support synthesis of data into insights, which will be incorporated into regular reporting for internal and external audiences on Ethics & Compliance matters.
Additionally, you will support the development and maintenance of a targeted domain of policies, procedures and practices for identifying, managing and reporting on E&C risks associated with client service within the Healthcare practice. This may include requirements associated with the applicable federal health care program requirements, other relevant healthcare regulations, and any professional standards applicable to private healthcare client projects.
You will also provide certain content-based support on E&C related training and communications for client service teams within the Healthcare practice. To support this, you will collect data and build reports on adherence to training and other requirements by client service teams.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will collaborate with healthcare client service teams, as well as a senior stakeholder group from other firm functions (e.g., Legal, Client Service Risk).
As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our firm's commitment to integrity and lawful practices. The E&C function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of our firm. Our E&C program includes a clear message that misconduct is not tolerated as well as policies, procedures, training, monitoring and consequence management to ensure the program is well-integrated into our firm's operations and workforce.
You will be based in the United States and will report into the Director of Healthcare Compliance, as part of the E&C Client and Regulatory Compliance team. This pillar of E&C has primary responsibility for ensuring that our firm serves private healthcare clients with integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your Growth
