National Grid is hiring a Manager, Resource Management and Scheduling for its Electric Resourcing Management team located in Massachusetts. This is a hybrid role, but with regular in-office duties. Plans, directs and executes all scheduling related functions of the Electric Maintenance and Construction Opex and Capex annual work plans in order to achieve all fiscal year financial targets. Provides direction and guidance to key stakeholders ensuring the progression of the annual work plan is meeting established milestones, as well as customer and regulatory requirements. Provide continuous improvement strategies on resource allocation, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and best practices. Assist in establishing strategy to deliver efficient solutions to meet stakeholders needs. Key Accountabilities

Salary: $169,000 - $199,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
