Job Description:

Microchip Technology, Inc is looking for an individual, with 2 to 4 years of experience, to work in our Development Systems Group in a warehouse environment. The position is located at our Fab 2 facility in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities:

This position requires 2-4 years experience with the following:

  • Ability to follow complex work instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Computer, math, and reading comprehension skills necessary to maintain inventories and sales order shipments.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment including product assembly, following Bill of Materials, barcode scanning, and palletization of materials of shipment.
  • Pick and prepare sales order shipments to worldwide clients.
  • Ability to transport pallets utilizing a pallet jack.
  • Must show a history of above average attendance.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Be a self-starter, and proactive in seeking solutions.
  • Benefits start on date of hire
  • This is a safety-sensitive position.
  • Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday
  • Some experience working in a Lead role is preferred.
