Work Schedule:

90% FTE. Evening/Night Shift Role. You will work at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

3 12-hour shifts 1630p-0500a
E/o weekend rotation
Rotated Holidays

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of diploma/degree for highest level of education obtained. Required

Work Experience

Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in English both verbally and in writing with patients, medical staff and the public.

Licenses & Certifications

CPR Certification. Preferred
