Job Description
Guides team members in the development, coordination, production and delivery of multimedia content. Implements and executes upon a comprehensive multimedia strategy aligned with marketing objectives to bring high quality content to life across channels and mediums.
Job Responsibility
1.Provides direction and guidance during the creation of branded video, photo or audio content throughout all phases of content creation.
2.Manages team of multimedia producers, providing coaching and professional development, evaluating performance and driving results.
3.Upholds productivity and quality standards for the team and reports out on deliverables and outcomes to senior departmental leadership.
4.Provides leadership to team members to execute the development of multimedia concepts, treatments, scripts, interviews, shot lists, and storyboards.
5.Guides the team as they develop, secure, and maintain contracts, releases, locations and permits related to productions.
6.Plans and supports the organization by delivering internal and external video, photo, or audio content through all appropriate channels.
7.Manages multimedia requests within the project management system, inclusive of consultation, resourcing and creating/maintaining project timelines.
8.Works to provide and assign effective resources for multimedia projects; ensures projects are executed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
9.Oversees and acquires production equipment, hardware, software, and related technologies for the creation of multimedia content.
10.Identifies and leads quality and productivity improvements which support the strategic direction; measures departmental performance against goals and objectives.
11.Works on moderately complex matters of diverse scope where analysis of issues, data and processes requires multiple factor evaluation.
12.Decisions typically relate to resources, approach and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving multimedia.
13.Results/performance have moderate impact on costs and achievement of objectives or project-based goals and a moderate impact on the overall function of multimedia team and marketing department.
14.Works under consultative direction from leadership toward long-range goals/objectives.
15.Assists leadership in setting strategic direction for key multimedia and creative services programs.
16.Regularly collaborates on work/projects with leadership and others outside of the multimedia team.
17.Responsible for acquiring and managing staff appropriately for multimedia and collaborating with HR to fulfill requirements.
18.Manages budget expenditures for teams and/or small to moderate projects.

Job Qualification
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required.
*6-8 years of technical experience, required.
*2-5 years of leadership experience, required.
