Now Hiring: Regional Sales Manager - Packaging Solutions
Territory: Indiana, Southern Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky
Remote | Travel up to 40% | Must Live in territory

Are you a packaging sales pro who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering impact?
PAC Worldwide is growing, and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager who's ready to go beyond-to drive regional growth and deepen customer connections across key markets.

At PAC, we protect what matters. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand in a high-potential region, managing existing accounts and hunting for new opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and represent a portfolio of products that lead the market.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that grow market share and profit
  • Cultivate relationships with end-users and distributors alike
  • Highlight the value of PAC's innovative packaging solutions through compelling demos and conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer service
  • Track opportunities and progress in our CRM and deliver timely business reports
  • Represent PAC at trade shows and industry events
  • Travel throughout your territory to meet with clients and prospects

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (packaging background = major plus)
  • Proven record of sales success and high customer satisfaction
  • College degree preferred, but not required if you bring results and grit
  • Strong communication skills and self-starter mindset
  • Integrity, accountability, and initiative-you do what you say and own your outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
