About the Fellowship Experience: As an IgniteU Fellow, you will work with internal and/or external companies under the direction of an assigned mentor. Fellows will learn consulting competencies, such as industry understanding, client/business perspective, leadership, resource management, opportunity development, consulting business knowledge, partnering and networking, personal interaction, managing quality, business ethics, and continued learning and development. As a fellow in the IgniteU Fellowship Program, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our clients and industry partners through today's ever-changing landscape. The NYSTEC IgniteU Fellowship Program for Fall 2025 will run from August 19 - December 9. Specific experiential learning hours can be negotiated based on the fellow's availability. Classes will be held from 6-8pm on Tuesday evenings in all 3 NYSTEC office locations dependent on school location/syllabus schedule and virtually. Pay rates are as follows:
