SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Administrative Assistant II position at Private Capital Management is a self-motivated, detail oriented, and team-focused role with a high degree of client interaction. This position enhances the client experience through providing excellent service and consideration of our clients. This role is responsible for adhering to firm policies and procedures, striving to utilize the firm's digital capabilities whenever possible, and maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and a commitment to client service excellence. This position is to provide executive, administrative, and organizational support to our team as well as manage larger projects on behalf of the office. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting. This position may require bending and reaching. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in an open lobby with an individual work station/reception desk in a common area. TRAVEL N/A In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $48,647.00 - $77,710.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
