Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the growth of Landscape Forms' Structure business segment by providing a high level of customer satisfaction in project installation execution. The responsibilities of this position require construction schedule expertise, project management, time management, and technical expertise, effective in a variety of settings, including as a team member. This position is responsible for managing installation schedules, communication between internal and external teams, and representing the Landscape Forms brand as customer facing experts. This position requires a high amount (80 - 90% of the work week) of travel within North America. This individual must be able to work on his or her own, or as a member of a team, to resolve project timelines, project issues, project schedules and technical problems.

How You Contribute:



  • Execute installation process for products in Structure product portfolio.
  • Participate in project meetings with Structure, sales, production, supply chain, and customers to align and provide solutions.
  • Review installation plans, specifications and instructions to determine scope of work and required materials and tools.
  • Conduct quality inspections of completed installations to ensure adherence to standards and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation related issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible for timely response to teams and customers pertaining to installation schedules.
  • Communicate technical information to others.
  • Participate with and contribute to the team.
  • Work within established timelines and budgets.
  • Travel to project sites to provide smooth installation process of Structure portfolio products.
  • Assessment of site readiness for installation.
  • Clean-up of site including disposal and/or recycling of all packaging and scrap material from install.
  • Appropriate OSHA certifications and trainings as necessary.
  • Adhere to all Landscape Forms and site safety specifications.


Qualifications / Criteria for Success (OnTRAC; Organizational Success, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Competence)

3-5 years of experience and training in construction, product assembly, product installation, or related . Must be proficient in computer applications, project management and blueprint reading. Proven history demonstrating initiative and self-direction. Open to continual learning in order to operate in a competitive environment.

Must be able to collect and analyze data, solve problems with many variables, and apply common sense. This person must possess a high level of communication both verbally and with detailed written reports for a variety of disciplines. Must have the ability to give clear instruction regarding technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences, for example, engineers, vendors, clients, contractors, sales representatives, leadership and manufacturing team members. Must possess high level of attention to detail and workmanship. Must possess valid drivers license with clean driving record. Ability to work in a physical environment lifting 50lbs while bending and twisting. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the principal accountabilities.
