Seeking an exceptionally talented professional to join us as Warehouse Operations Manager

About Role:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is accountable for managing cross-functional warehouse activities including Inbound, Outbound, Operational Quality, and advanced understanding of large-scale inventory control. Strategic thinking: the candidate must possess cognitive skills to focus on analyzing, planning, and making decisions to achieve long term goals. Advanced leader traits, i.e., technical, operational, time management and communication skills.Understands procurement, supply chain and demand planning and the ability to analyze data to drive exceptional performance outcomes and continuous improvements.

Adaptable, visionary, inspiring and safety conscience leader with advanced understanding of corporate finance, Lean/6S practices, employee engagement and skilled business acumen. Exceptional critical thinking skills to anticipate and/or analyze, and mitigate people, process, and profit challenges. Able to incorporate strategies to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment while planning and preparing for warehouse operations 2026 and beyond.

About you:

  • Associate's degree and/or college coursework/trade certifications in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or Supply Chain and/or equivalent preferred experience
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Five years minimum leadership/supervision is required.
