The Senior Finance Manager - Supply Chain FP&A will help drive the financial performance and support strategic operational decisions for the North America Nalco Water Supply Chain network. The Senior Finance Manager will play an integral leadership role in the financial reporting and analysis for our North America supply chain operations, including full oversight of the budget & forecasts cycle, maintaining compliance with internal control and provide mentoring and coaching to the team. Additionally, this leader will play a significant role in divisional reporting and performance analysis to the broader North America Supply Chain Organization. What You Will Do:
- Integral member of the Supply Chain Finance team, working closely with Senior Supply Chain management and Water Group Sector Leadership team. Interfaces with internal / external audit teams.
- Participates in the monthly accounting close cycle activities - including preparing and / or reviewing journal entry support, analyzing account balances and account reconciliations, preparing analysis for and presentation of periodic results, maintaining (or improving) the finance control environment, identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Provides accurate, timely and actionable management reporting and analysis monthly to business partners and senior supply chain management team.
- Audit control and process implementation, coordination of quarterly SOX procedures.
- Acts as financial advisor and key liaison for the Water Group Sector, including communicating, reviewing and interpreting monthly financial results, identifying areas needing corrective action, tracking of committed cost savings, and supporting improvement projects as needed.
- Participates in monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles - analyzes, understands and explains variances to forecast, plan and prior year to division finance business partners.
- Engages in understanding system implementation developments, including the company-wide ERP strategy, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) supply chain implementations and Product Costing process initiatives.
- Performs special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned - including make / buy analysis and capital project analysis (Payback, ROI and IRR analysis as appropriate).
- Manages and develops supporting staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 7 years of Finance or Accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA, CMA and/or Green or Black Belt designation
- 2 years of manufacturing environment experience
- 2 years of experience in cost accounting
- Strong change management skill set and leadership capability
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts and practices
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance, influence management, and lead change
- Demonstrated history of process improvement, project management and critical thinking
- Strong numerical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong agility in learning and operating in system / data environments to drive efficiency in process and decision support
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion, Blackline, and Microsoft Office Applications
- Skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
